How heavy is too heavy to lift? Has anyone got any examples of everyday items they were able and unable to push/pull/and pick up?

As silly as it sounds, one thing I found really difficult to do was push down on the soap dispenser! It took me a few weeks to be able to do anything like that comfortably x

The kettle was hard lol I had to make sure my mum left it half full only so I could lift on my own! And yes soap dispenser for me too lol I also really struggled with pulling my blinds open and pulling open my oven door or a pushing door open a car door to get out. Had no pain at all really but flu d those things a bit uncomfortable x

I’m 6dpo and the only thing I’m really struggling with is the full kettle and the milk carton (do not recommend having a 3ltr milk in the fridge… lol)

I’ve personally had no problems with much. Probably just getting out the car, I open then push with my foot. X x xx

Ha! Yup so glad that was said cause the soap dispenser and flushing the toilet were difficulties at first
