    Hi my surgery is in 13 days and Iv yet to buy macom bras. Unsure what size to go for? I’m currently a 30AA and having 295cc. What size bra would you suggest I buy? Also any websites you can recommend please

    I think with the Macom bras you just buy your usual back size. So I imagine you will need a small for a 32 back. Lipoelastic have some good post surgery bras and also M&S and Asda have front fastening ones too. X
