My surgery was at 2pm and I’ve just been really sick. It’s 0130. Also any tips on getting comfy in bed? I’m in agony xx

I didn’t have sickness but read alot of people have

Sleep was such a problem for a while. Couldn’t get comfortable & then was sore waking up but it does get better. Slowly & feels like it never will but promise it does x I stole a friend’s maternity pillow which was amazingly helpful

Hey! I’m 17DPO. My surgery time was about 11:30 on a Sunday and I suffered with sickness and nausea from as soon as I woke up until about 03:30 on the Monday. Vile!! I couldn’t eat anything but also I was so, so hungry that was also making me feel sick. I was given a couple.of different anti sickness injections. One did absolutely nothing and the other took the edge of slightly. I was so happy when it passed.
For getting comfy in bed I’ve been loving my travel pillow, it’s such a big help.
I had the large sofa cushion off of the back of my sofa, a V pillow, 2 normal cushions and 2 bed pillows to help get comfy in bed!! Sitting on a pillow might help. Having a numb bum during the night is what has kept me awake the most! I often move down to the sofa in my lounge sir Ng the night as it’s softer and more comfy when you’re upright!
    Hope you’re ok x

Thank you, my boobs are D but empty at the top after baby so just wanted them nice and full again. Sickness is getting better I’m so bloated I don’t think that’s helping but I know that will pass. Been out having a walk around and that’s helped loads!
