Hi Nicole,I had mine last Tuesday and I’m still getting little uncomfortable pangs on and off,think it’s just tissue settling etc. But I would say day 4 onwards was better for me x

I’m 1 week post op today and pain has halved still get sharp twangs on sudden movement but feel loads better pain wise my issue is with the sleeping struggling to sleep properly can’t get comfortable at all be glad when can go back on my side x

Did you have under the muscle or over?? Today’s been slightly easier, I didn’t think the pain would be this bad x

I am 5 days post OP. I think this is the worst day for me! Very painful on the side of my boobs on my rib cage and near my incisions. My boobs are quite warm and very firm. Hope next week is better.

Aww I remember it well Hun day 4,5,6 ere by far my worst days, it will soon ease up just keep up with your meds and ice packs and make sure your wrapped up warm. I had mine done last October and I found when I was cold I seemed to tense up making them hurt more xx

It took me two weeks to feel less pain, more normal and less anxious with unders (unders are more painful than overs)
