500cc-800cc implants – sagging/not alot of breast tissue Started by: Miss H

As a bit of back ground info im 30 (so naturally my skins losing its elasticity) ive lost around 8st and had 3 children. i pretty much have ‘no breast tissue’. when i say none i mean theres just skin there. Nothing at the top of my boobs just chest bone (only place boney on my body im sure!!) Skin that isnt very elastic with stretch marks already. I love the overly fake porn star ‘bimbo’ look. 800cc was what i would like to achieve. I assumed to achieve this id need 2 ops atleast. My plan was to go as big as possible at 1st op and try to get 500cc then go bigger when able to whenever the surgeon gave me the ok. So what happened with the last 2 surgeons i seen has really thrown me.

Ive had 3 consultations at 3 dif places (aswell as having photos sent to 2 surgeons at 2 other clinics) so altogether had opinions from 5dif surgeons at 5 dif places since may/june of last year.

From the pics sent to 2 dif surgeons ive been told i would need an uplift and he mentioned an implant that was in the 400cc range (forget the exact cc). The other said i could maybeget away without an uplift but he wouldnt go to 500cc.

I seen a surgeon in july who as i understood it said id need an uplift as there was a risk of ‘waterfall'(?) Without the uplift(?) but doing 600cc wouldnt be a problem. He said my chest was ‘wide’ and asked if i went the gym as my muscle tone in my chest was ‘good’.

I seen another surgeon on friday and i said to him about needing 2 ops to get me to 800cc and he straight away said that wouldnt be needed and said i wouldnt need an uplift as a bigger implant lifts the nipple. He offered me either 750cc or 770cc (forget which) at first and said that size wouldnt be a problem. i mentioned 800cc and he said hed take 800c into theatre with us on the day and try to get them in. He mentioned ‘sagging’ to me but couldnt say how long itd be before they did sag due to the weight of them. He said hed do them under the muscle.

I seen another surgeon saturday and hes said i literally have no breast tissue but my chest measurements etc. as im a ‘big girl’ ‘not small and petite’ (im 5’4 and 12st 3lbs with loose wobbly bits from weightloss maybe wanting to lose a bit more before surgery) Could potentially take 800c but as my breast tissue isnt good (like i mentioned above) it makes it more risky and a bigger implant likely to sag. He also mentioned ‘rippling’. He also couldnt tell me when the sag would occur. He said i could have great looking boobs for 3months and then they might not look so great he couldnt say for sure. He said hed go over the muscle. Opposite to what the surgeon on friday said. He showed me a 320cc implant and it honestly didnt look much different on me i didnt look in proportion or as slim as i did with the bigger size implant and i said that and he agreed and said you wouldnt be happy with an implant that size. He said there was a risk of having stretch marks all over my boobs. He said a big implant (500cc+) has a higher risk of sagging and the risk of sagging goes up the bigger the implant. He has made me so worried about sagging as he mentioned it alot more than the surgeon i seen on friday. Hes said if sagging does occur it can be fixed by an uplift and a smaller implant if i wanted to go down that route at the time.

I have booked and paid my deposit with the surgeon i seen on friday and booked in for jan (clinics closer to home and a friendhas used this particular surgeon and had nothing but good things to say about him though she had a less than 400cc implant so shes not much help to me in my situation ha!) So either way some kind of boobs are happening but im having a total panic about this ‘sagging’! A bit less perky after like 2 years im ok with. Horrendous sagging after 3months with implants touching my belly button im not ok with. Both surgeons straight away offered big sizes (bigger than 500cc) i didnt have to beg or push them i literally said i wanted ‘as big as possible. I love the porn star glamour model overly fake look’. Neither of them said no not at all its too dangerous/risky and they wouldnt at all atempt it etc. Both were happy to do it but pointed out the risk of sagging.

So basically as im not small framed my body can fit the size i want but my skin/breast tissue is rubbish. If i had better skin and more breast tissue it wouldnt be such a problem.

Has anybody been in this position before re potential sagging? If you have sagging implants what size was you how long was it before they sagged? do you have any pics i could see please? Do i risk the sagging and go as big as possible? Do i get a for eg. 500cc implant and help lower the risk of sagging? Do i go back and discuss smaller than 500cc implants and just suck em up if they arent what i want as some boob is better than the no boob i have now surely? If i have lose skin will a smaller implant even fill the loose skin out fully? Would me wearing a bra for pretty much most of the time help the potential sagging issue? Not sure if that sounds a silly thing to say? From what i have said above what would you do if you were in my position? Any and all advice and opinions are welcome!
