I had a 350cc dual plane from being flat chested and tbh I was over the moon at my consultation but after my surgery, they looked smaller than what I anticipated as I was hoping to achieve a D after my op. I’m only a week after op and I believe they would still drop and fluff however, even at it being swollen it feels small to me and unnoticeable by close friends and family. I normally wear heavily padded bras, so to me when dressed I feel no different. I think if you are flat chested like I was you would get less than another who was a or b cup pre-op with the same cc’s, overs or unders. With overs you get a speedy recovery and you don’t have to wait so long till they drop and fluff. It also mean you have enough breast tissue to cover it, for him to suggest overs. I Also don’t understand why people are so bothered about fake or natural look, as long as the carrier is happy with the results who cares? There are people that are naturally blessed with biiiiiiig boobies and happy with it. So whatever you are happy with.
