Now Iv just been speaking to a friend of a friend who has been a nurse at Spire hospital for 10 years. Iv come straight onto here to update.
Anyone who is quite small framed, and looking to get really big implants, then please don’t. (By big I mean 375+). This nurse was telling me that some girls have been getting larger implants, than what the body can handle, and within a few years, they are getting saggy boobs and having to go for a further BA and an uplift as well. It makes sense why the surgeons won’t put in bigger implants. She was explaining this to me, as there have been loads of girls coming back after 1/2 years, from other clinics and even abroad clinics, with saggy boobs, and having to have revision and correction.
I’m so glad I went for the 365 and not the 405 now!
P.s this is mainly for small framed girls x
Sorry I just had to share this, if it helps anyone at all. X
Can also lead to bad rippling, yuck! Best plan is to always listen to your surgeon, they know what your body can handle!!
Yes you’re absolutely right. No poInt getting a BA to then have saggy breasts with rippling, to then have to deal with that or get further surgery.
This is what Mr Traynor told me, he said the bigger the implant obviously the heavier it is and on a smaller frame it increases the risk of becoming saggy and a need for further surgery a lot sooner than having a smaller implant does xx
Completely agree. And surgeons normally do tell people what their ideal implant and max they should get is. But people want what they want so I guess it’s a matter of learning from experience. I had 300 cc and at the time thought about going bigger but my patient coordinator told me this was a good size for me and the surgeon also said this was the ideal size for a good long term result so. People should listen to what they are advised. I feel like I could have gonne bigger but am happy with what I had. And long term look was an important factor for me. Thanks for posting this., hopefully it’ll help some people 😉
Well, that’s somewhat true that your surgeon knows best. However, surgeons can’t 100% tell how different bodies in small frames or big frame can handle different sizes, they mostly go by experience and ethics/values. Some small/ big frame have good skin elasticity and can handle certain sizes while some can’t. Most importantly, most bodies have different reactions. So I believe most surgeon try to stay within a safe net to avoid complications. Because there are small/big frames with natural big boobies and they haven’t had a complication because of their natural breasts. I think there should be a Lee way where surgeons can stay in a safe net to see how the body would react to a small or Max implant and if after operating they feel the body can handle bigger implant and it’s safe, then this should be given to the patient rather than charging twice for the same procedure because the surgeon refused to go big or small at first. If anything an extra charge can be added but paying the full amount twice I think it’s extortion end of story. Hence why the industry is booming. It’s same as teeth whitening really. I might not be factual but this is my opinion and I’m not just happy because it feels like I would have to pay twice when I specifically told my surgeon I wouldn’t like to do it again and want the Max. Right now, I’m just trying my best to get past it. Don’t get me wrong, I’m happy having boob’s now than nothing, but I’m not happy that it can’t be dressed up or down without wearing heavily padded bra which is something I have always worn all my life. My breast looks like a B cup when dressed even in summer outfit and it’s not on at all. This is such a long rant so sorry…..?????
Yes that’s what I meant, small framed girls going a lot bigger than the body can handle, which has resulted in saggy boobs over a length of a year plus. I’m quite small myself and I really pushed my surgeon for the upmost max and even he wasn’t happy with 405 ultra high profile. But he ordered my 365 and 405 and took them into theatre. Once I was there, he said he really tried with 405 but he knew that it was far too big for my body firstly and secondly he wouldn’t be able to stitch me back properly. So in the end he did 365 and honestly I couldn’t be happier. Fake boobs don’t look that big under clothes for some reason which I don’t know why, but I’m fine with that. I can keep them shy during the week and let them out on a weekend haha! I like how it’s versatile and I’m not going to be worried about back ache and saggy breasts and rippling!
Yeah, I get you. Atleast your surgeon tried a bigger one. Mine looks like a 300cc rather than 350cc, so hopefully there’s a drastic change in another 4 weeks. Fingers crossed. I’m going to go off boobies talk for now and watch it for another 4 weeks.
Yours will drop and fluff, have faith hun. I saw a picture in a previous post and they look really good!

Did you know a “large” is normally considered to start around 600cc’s and 700cc’s , so technically a implant your saying 375CC+ are not classed as a large implant , just because it’s not suitable for one person doesn’t mean it’s not suitable for everyone , it goes on skin, elasticity and much more ! I have a 450cc implant in and it fits me perfectly and I’m a size 6 and only 5’1 🙂 you had 365cc and he says he couldn’t fit the 405cc , that is a shot glass more silicone in each breast implant so it’s not much difference at all you wouldn’t even of been able to tell the extra to the human eye 40cc is the same as 40ml google it you’ll be shocked xxx
Hey Rebekah,
Just had my 2 week check up and spoke to my surgeon about this. He showed me the implant sizes and there is actually a notice difference. However not that much. But what he told me was, a small framed girls can get bigger implants, but it also depends on skin elasticity. My skin was very firm and tight as I haven’t had any children and everyone is different.
However I was just putting out a post to help girls, due to what a nurse had told me about sagging breasts YEARS after. This nurse is a reliabke source as she isn’t the surgeon and wouldn’t get commission from telling me this. Also Iv already had the procedure so she wasn’t selling me anything either xxx
