    Hi Gurls,

I have my surgery booked the May 27th and have been told by the nurses and Surgeon that I will need to remove ALL piercings as the electrical equipment during surgery could be damaging.
But I have a lot of piercings and some of them are still not quite healed, others are just really awkward to take out and put back in.

Does anyone know if rubber or plastic bars and studds are ok?

Has anyone had surgery and left hidden piercings in?

    Would love some feedback,

dont quote me on this… but i think they also ask you to take them out incase your body reacts to any medicines and swells up.
ive got loads too and i think the only one which will heel up will be my tongue… im thinkin clear ptfe? very large bar.. may b ok?

Yeah my main concern was my tragus, i have 2 new ones, but if they can tape them up, that will be cool.

    Thanks for the advice xx
