Hey ladies!
I’m 4 days post op and although my right side feels fine still swallen and numb but not much pain my left is still really painful, most times when I move I get like a shooting pain between where I’m guessing the implants went in and the nipple. It feels more like muscle pain but I’m not sure it could be the stitches maybe. It doesn’t look any different to my right boob and I can’t see any seeping through the dressing so maybe it’s just taking longer for that side to heal I’m not sure.. Just wondering if anyone else experienced anything similar?

I was exactly the same. Lots of strange twinges, aches and niggles, and every time I got worried and asked my boyfriend to check my dressings in case there was anything on them. It sounds completely normal to me, it’s just part of the healing process I guess.

I’m the same Clemency. Feeling it more now as finished with Codeine but getting all that weird sharp pain in both breast but not at the same time, let’s say the right one is sore in the morning and the left one in the evening. I think it is normal as everything stretches inside and tries to heal at the same time.
I even have a feeling like something cold is coming out of my nipple or the incision but once checked, everything is fibe and dry xx

Okay thanks guys I know it is probably all normal it’s just where it’s in one and not the other that I’m worrying but my left hurt more from the start so maybe it’s just guna take longer than the other. Iv got my post op check up on Monday anyway so I will check with the nurse then! Just wanna be okay for work on Tuesday ?

That is totally normal hun! You’ve got to treat each boob as a separate surgery. Like my right boob was stinging and I had a burning sensation in it for like a whole week, whereas my left boob was totally fine. It all wore off. I hope you’re enjoying your new boobies and recover really quickly xxxxxx

Yes! Same for me! My left boob was way more annoying than my right from the very beginning!
