Hi everyone.
What are people recommendations for every day post op bras – y’know how the recommendation is 6 weeks in a sports bra. I have some very lovely and supportive gymshark ones and just wondering whether we are allowed to use normal medium to high supportive sports bras as opposed to “Post surgical bras” (during the 6 weeks *not* immediately after BA).
Thanks ladies! For giggles, I did the “rice bag” test in my gymshark bra – 225cc (or 225g of uncooked rice haha!)
