Hi all!
So back in 2013 I had a breast augmentation.
I had tubular and very big asymmetry – one side an A, the other a D.
I was suggested several options but I really feared the scars of an uplift, so I went with Mr Singh (now retired) who offered implants to help balance the size and lift the nipple.
I have 495 in the left, 445 in the right.
Now, 6 years on a May possibly have capsular contracture but I’m still not certain.
Either way it has given me the motivation to see a surgeon again to improve my shape
Honestly, I regret not going with an uplift in the first place as now my boobs are quite saggy.
I’m 31, 5”2 ish and a size 10-12 with no children, my nipples shouldn’t face the ground!
I love how they look in bikinis or underwear, but naked I’m self-conscious as my nipples are large and low, plus it’s so hard to find clothes that flatter me. And I feel quite top heavy and matronly at times, so I’m very excited to have smaller implants and some lift – but the scarring is still such a fear!
I’m really frightened about having bride of Frankenstein boobs!
How has everyone else found the scarring, and how have you found getting your head around them?
Also, has anyone had implants changed for smaller ones?
Thank you in advance!!
Hi there I had an uplift in January with Mr Giannas. The scars around my nipples are invisible but yea you can see the anchor scar on my breasts but it doesn’t worry me in the slightest. I hated my boobs before and love them now and so much more confident. I’ve also recently got into a new relationship and he isn’t bothered by the scars at all. X
Honestly the scars really disappear I had a lollipop scar end of jan with me giannas and I have such thin scar lines some have completely disappeared in places!! And also gone pretty much white!! Please don’t be put off in the slightest! I’m not going to lie looks horrific when bandages first come off give it 2/3months and it’s a game changer!!. X
@carmen thank you!! I think I’m going to be having anchor scaring, and I’m sooo scared of when I first see.
It’s hard to be patient I guess!
I really appreciate you sharing 🙂
I’ve got a proper full consultation with him next Saturday (my first one I was just squeezed in really quickly) so I’ll understand better what’s going to happen soon!
I’ve had an anchor lift 2 weeks ago and nearly bottled it because I was so worried about scarring. I haven’t seen the incisions yet (I didn’t want to see them early doors because I know they will look sore and nothing like they will end up) but the same is amazing so I’m so glad I did it. There’s so much scar treatments out there too x

Hi, could I be rude and ask how much your paying for your Reaugmentation and uplift? It’s something I’d like to do but have no idea on budget ?
Hi, I’m booked in for the 9th with the same surgeon and a similar op. Would love to know how you get on x
Hey, same as you Fitzroy, 9th! Eeek! I’m having an uplift and 375 overs! I don’t have an account but will happily send pictures here x
I’m having Dr Giannis on 11th July for a BR and Uplift! Let me know how you get on!
Hey guys, so I have had my surgery and I’m really pleased. I will post a pic, obviously I’m still really swollen but think all is well. Dr Giannis is lovely. X
Girls, I had an uplift with 300ccs last week, on the 11th. Can we start a chat on Instagram to share our healing??
I’m elligooding on Instagram x
Hey girls!
I’ve just had a re augmentation plus an uplift too with Mr Giannas literally 2 days ago!
Have the drips in still which I slightly annoying and getting taken out Thursday and also dressing changed!
Just wondered if any of you girls would be happy to share some post of what yours now look like so I can have a rough idea what mine would look like!
I had my first BA 5 years ago and realised I had CC in my right boob but when I had my op on Saturday, Dr Giannas actually discovered I had it mild in my left one too so removed it out of them both! So I’m very happy that I have no CC anymore and just can’t to see my new boobies!! ♡ x
