Teardrop drop & fluff?? Started by: Nikola k

Hi ladies! I had anatomical (teardrop) 315cc under the muscle 9 days ago and I was wondering if any of you could help me out! I read a lot about dropping & fluffing but mostly round implants, what about anatomical ones? Is it the same? I’m wondering because I feel like my boobs are smaller than expected.. so I’m hoping for a miracle here!
