Hi I’m similar stats 5.4 size 6 weight 8,3
I had 280 high profile teardrops under the muscle. I was a 32a but I was very small with not breast tissue so had no option but o have under the muscle.
I am so happy with mine. I’m still in my size 6 shirts but now I fill them and it’s done wonders to my confidence. Here’s a pic so you can get an idea but yeah 280cc was perfect for me and I reckon I’m a small D cup

I think teardrops would produce the best shape for you too- I am about 3.5 months post op and have gone from a 32A to about a 32D with 290cc low-height, moderate plus teardrops, and mine look very much like your desired shape side-on! I think the profile can make all the difference too as mine feel nicely spread out across my chest and perky, as I am about 5.7” but short in the body, so the low height worked well. Best thing is that they look so natural and sweet if I go bralet or wear an unlined bra but if I wear a push up or a top that pushes them together I have amazing shape and cleavage lol like I’m wearing a corset!! I am soooo happy these few months later. Attached a pic but lighting isn’t great x
