Awaiting assignment of new surgeon for 5 year check up – How long?? Started by: Mollie

I’ve been waiting over 3 weeks now for a new surgeon to see me on my 5 year check up as my original ( Dr Frati) has left the company.

I’ve called the call centre and Birmingham clinic various times and don’t seem to be getting anywhere!

Has anyone had this?
