    Today my incision has been hurting on my right side only , I had a look at it and I’m not sure if it’s normal? I’m two weeks 4 days post op , I’ll attach a photo x

    It feels sore , I have taken the support bra off a couple times for a few hours while I’ve been out could that cause it to be sore?

    You’re not suppose to take your support bra off for 6 weeks apart from for a quick shower…..

    I’m 2 weeks post op. It is normal for incisions to feel sore/feel mild pain as it is healing and is a wound. Removing your support bra for them hours can make it worse though.

    That’s normal, mine were sore and itchy and I was afraid they were infected, but the nurse reassured me. As long as the dressing is clean, no discharge/bleeding/funny smell, they should be fine. I noticed the pain/itch worse after the 1st week and it settled down by 2 weeks. I was told it was the healing process.

    Also the support bra needs to be kept on to help with drop and fluff so the implants settle in the right place, a few hours is a bit long to have it off. I read somewhere that it’s max 30 mins for a shower, but it’s best keep it on for 6 weeks

    Hey everyone,

    I have sent the photo to my PC as it won’t let me upload it on here , I know a few hours is a while to not have the support bra on but I did have a different type of bra on that was still supportive I just wanted to wear a low cut top while out for dinner then changed back into my bra once I got home , a few others have said it’s okay for a few hours but I’ll refrain from doing it again x
