Help please! Stretch/stringy tissue under boob Started by: Lara

Hi all,

3 months post op and have noticed I a really tight stretch under my left boob. Every time I lift my left arm overhead, I feel a really tight stretch, right under my boob where my scar is. There’s a stringy bit of tissue or something which pops up when I stretch, and I think that’s what’s causing the discomfort (photo attached). It feels like something’s been trapped or stitched up within my scar underneath. Its about an inch long and not sure whether it’s a nerve or tissue or what. Has anyone come across this before? It’s not super painful but it can be when I forget about it. But usually it’s more just uncomfortable like when you stretch but can’t go any further and it’s quite restrictive.
