Hi! I’m 4 weeks post op now and sleeping on my side fine but still feel like I’m not sleeping like I used to as I’m too scared to lie on my front! When did people start sleeping on their front? I’m not sure if I need to wait till 6 weeks post op!

Hi I had my op 12 days ago and just started sleeping on my side it says not to sleep on your tummy till 10 to 12 weeks I also don’t sleep great keep waking up 4 o clock
