Heya! I’ve got my surgery booked on the 15th Feb! Getting really excited now. I’m currently a 34B and having 300CC + 325CC high profile implants as I have one breast noticeably bigger, under the muscle. My surgeon is Mr Mashhadi, he also suggested having a lift but I declined but I’m starting to worry now because what if they look saggy etc. I’m 5’3, 58kg and 34B, anyone similar stats? Here’s my before pic below.

Hi Talia. I’m same weight and height and I had 325 partials from 32b. Currently measuring a 32E but still need to drop and fluff x

    Hey Talia
Did your surgeon say why he thought you might need a lift ? Xx

Hi pink princess123, I have quite thin skin apparently, that’s why he’s putting them under the muscle so my muscle can hold the weight of the implant 😬

    Hey Talia
    ahhh I see
Sounds like mine I’m also having mine under the muscle my surgery date is the 5th of February
    I’m having 460 cc xhp/ uhp
I was told I wouldn’t be allowed over the muscle for that reason 😒
I was never told I needed a lift though
just that under the muscle would be a better choice which I’m happy with because she said I’ll get more volume on top too as at the min I don’t 🙈xx

Do you get more volume at the top by going under the muscle? I always assumed that was if you go over? x

    Hey Talia!
I’m having the exact same on 15th feb with mr Mashhadi too!!! Apart from I’m having overs and not having a uplift. Are you going to be a day case or staying over in the hospital? X

Hey Maya, I think you get more volume over the muscle, i think people who go under the muscle tend to go for high profile and a lot of projection so it’s more noticeable? 😬

It’s a good idea to be close, I was going to stay local but because I’m coming all the way from Norwich they want me to stay in. I’m nervous, I was really worrying about what if I don’t wake up! So silly really but I suppose you do think of all these irrational fears😬You’ve got your pre op this Wednesday? They just go through your medical history and take your before photos, I had mine on the 11th of Jan! 😁

Oh yeah that makes total sense. Atleast once you’ve had it done you know you can rest and enjoy your new boobies in a safe environment!
Oh no I’ve. been thinking this too I think it’s natural to feel that way but we got to remember they do so many of these everyday and it always goes fine.
Yeh I do. Oh great thankyou that’s great to know! X

Hi Talia, that’s what I thought too! My boobs have literally NO fullness at top and almost appear saggy even though they’re not, I have mild tuberous breasts. Because of that my surgeon suggested going for overs because it’d give me more fullness at the top to balance me out! But now I’ve read things about people with thin skin and little tissue going for under to support the weight of the implant and I’m getting stressed. There’s so many things to consider and it’s like the more research I do the more confused I get! x
