    Hi ya I am due to have surgery in May but how long did people take to heal as I
    Am meant to be going to a spa 4 weeks later? x

    Hey, what surgery are you having? Check with your nurse at your pre op. I def think you’ll feel well enough to go to a spa but def no massage or treatments where you have to lie on your front. Check with your nurse about swimming pools, saunas etc with your scars but I think it should be fine also.
