Hey, I had one tubular breast (As one boob was smaller than the other) and it wasn’t more expensive for me, my boobs looks so symmetrical now ! They do this thing called intrinsic release to release the muscle so that your muscle doesn’t sit really high up above the breast implant. I’ve noticed in my recovery (I’m 3 weeks post op) that my boob which was previously tubular feels a bit harder and the muscle is more tense, which is maybe due to them having to release it, but it gets better everyday !
