    Hey so Iā€™m 9WPO uplift with implants. I want to start working out again (at home obviously šŸ˜‚) but I need a sports bra. Can anyone recommend a good post op sports bra please ?

    Shock absorber do a good high impact one, wireless as well, I wear them for running and hit etc and really good. Also got a booband as well, makes a massive difference if running
