    Hairbrush,
    Phone & Charger,
COMFY clothes! (Tracksuit bottoms and a zip up hoodie were my clothes of choice and it was the best choice as my tummy was swollen and you don’t have much arm movement)
    Toothbrush
Post Op Bra (I have Macom ones and love them)
Slip on shoes (You won’t be able to pull anything on your feet)
Lip balm (It’s common for your lips to dry out after anaesthetic)

You’ll spend the majority of the time sleeping due to pain relief and your in a gown from the minute you get there until going home. The food where I had mine done was lovely but if you have a particular drink or snack you like then you could pack them. I found it hard to swallow after my anaesthetic and it felt like my mouth/throat was dry so I was drinking tonnes and eating things like yogurts.

    Hope this helps x

I was an over night stay on 23nd July and there was no better feeling than using my face wipes and a moisturiser afterwards, just made me feel so refreshed and human again xx hope your surgery has gone well Katie xx

Yeah just make sure you pack your comfy’s, face wipes to freshen up a little to help wake yourself up. I’d remember to take your charger and maybe a book etc as you may be waiting a while before you have operation. My admission time was 11.30 and operation was at 4.30. Even though I paid an extra 300 for overnight stay I still had to then pay for WiFi so maybe download something to watch before you go x the staff are so good and always checked if I needed any drinks or snacks x

I was told not to take my v pillow into hospital but you will definitely need pillows for car, something I’m pleased I asked my husband to bring as otherwise I would have felt every bump. I had 3, 1 lower back, another for front to protect from seat belt and my v pillow for neck and sides x
