    Hey Ladies,

I am currently 23 days post op, I had 350cc Unders. I can do everything as normal now, obviously I’m still avoiding heavy lifting still.

(Pre lockdown) I go to the gym 6 days a week, and not working out at all is so hard.
I just wondered when I can start working out lower body, upper body and start running?

If anyone has any other questions too, I’m more than happy to try and help!!☺️X

I started exactly at 6 weeks post op with lower body/ abs work outs. And slowly started increasing weight, time, intensity…

I’m 5 weeks post op and I’ve been doing walking lunges and squats with no weights. I don’t run but I go on long walks everyday. I really miss the gym but am avoiding lifting weights until I surpass 6 weeks. I’m going to ask the nurse at my 6 week consultation and start light.

I was fast walking/exercise bike by week 3.
Saw the nurse at week 5 who told me I could run short distances, no swimming or lifting or tanning.
Saw the surgeon on Thursday (11weeks post op today) who said act like they’re normal boobs now, you can do anything, run, lift, but if I want to sunbathe topless I need to cover the scars! 😂

    Hey Lucie,

He said plasters are fine when sunbathing/sunbed as long as they cover the entire incision, and you’ll need to do it for around 7/8 months.
