    Hiya,
Has anybody here had a BA with unders, and then a revision to overs???
    I had unders done 400cc around 2 years ago. I was a 32a prior.
They have progressively developed a “double bubble” ish…
I saw my surgeon yesterday, he says my implants are in the right place, my natural boob has grown and sagged over my implants therefore I have this double crease appearance.
He gave me a few options… the ONLY one I want to consider is moving them from unders to overs.. however he warned me about rippling..
If anybody has had revision from unders to overs I’d like to know if they also look a bit more closer together as with the unders I literally don’t have a cleavage!!

    Any advice is welcome

    Thanks ☺️

I don’t have experience of unders to overs, but I had overs nearly 3 months ago. I had 300cc HP round textured silicone overs and was also a 32a prior to surgery, I had to have overs because I was at risk of double bubble. So far it’s all good, no rippling or anything and I’m back to my usual vigorous exercise routine too.

If you’re really worried about rippling perhaps go a little smaller but you’ll probably be fine. As for cleavage, it really depends on your natural breasts I think, some people have a naturally big gap compared to others and generally, the bigger the implant the more chest wall it takes up so there’s more chance of cleavage! I have a cleavage with a standard t-shirt bra on now but not really without it, they are closer than before surgery for sure, but then they used to look like deflated balloons! 😂

Best of luck with everything! Sorry I couldn’t really be of much help!

Hi Klaudia, sorry I can’t offer any advice on your question but I’m curious to know if your revision is free due to the double bubble or are you having to pay again? Are you with MYA both times too? X
