Has anyone had surgery done by Mr Traynor?
Would you recommend him or recommend somebody else?
    Any pics would be great!

I had Mr Traynor on 27th July. He was great – very professional and makes sure you know what you are in for and that you make your own decisions.
I was a B/C cup before, and I got 350cc overs high profile. This was the smallest I could get due to my frame/broad shoulders and I love them already. Only 12 days post op!

Iā€™d also like to hear about your recovery. Iā€™m looking at going with Mr Traynor but not getting my surgery until 16th December because of recovery time. If I could drive 1 week post op I could have them done 18th/20th September but Iā€™m thinking realistically I need a good 2 weeks to recuperate.

My recovery was a walk in the park!
I just felt like I had a big gym session, and was pretty much back to normal straight away. I stopped taking medication after the second day as well. Itā€™s the best decision I have made!

Vanda, Iā€™m getting mine done next week and Iā€™ll have to drive on day 7. Iā€™ve a friend who has had hers done and she was driving around that time too.

Really? Iā€™m just so scared that Iā€™ll cause an accident on the M6 and ruin my new boobies šŸ˜‚. Iā€™ve moved my appt to meet Mr Traynor up to 23rd so Iā€™ll ask him then.
Is anyone else nervous about meeting him? I keep hearing that heā€™s a no BS guy and will only give us what he thinks is best, which is great, but I do want them to be quite big. I have a large BWD and am broad shouldered so in previous consultations Iā€™ve been told I could carry a bigger implant (like 500cc). Again concerned that a bigger size would prolong recovery though.
    Lots of things to consider.

Mine is with Mr Traynor and I was told the same before meeting him by my pc but honestly he was lovely. We spent more time talking about general life than the ā€œboob stuffā€ with regards to that it was very business like – taking measurements and then saying right this is the situation and this is what you can have. Personally, I preferred it that way, I donā€™t want someone who is going to try and bend to please me. Heā€™s giving me what he knows is best for me.
I did go back 3 days later to ask if I could push it to 350cc (he told me 250-300cc with 325cc being my maximum) and again he was really nice about it. I was worried he would be angry or annoyed that I was going against his judgement etc but he said if he can fit them in then yeah of course if not it will be 325cc. He said I wouldnā€™t notice a difference tbh but he was very clear about the fact that he wouldnā€™t go past 350cc with me which I totally respect. He told me heā€™s more for making nice breasts that donā€™t necessarily need to have a massive implant to achieve it. Plus depending on your stats a smaller implant will still have a big impact.

    Hope this helps

What are your stats Natasha? At a previous consultation I was told my BWD is 13.5cm and because of that and my broad shoulders I could easily accommodate a larger implant, like 450cc. I do want to look in proportion but I also want big boobs šŸ˜‚. Iā€™m 5ā€™6ā€ and 130lbs.

Iā€™m 5ā€2 and 8 stone. We are pushing for 350cc but thereā€™s a chance they wonā€™t fit so we have ordered 325cc as backup

I hope you get what you want šŸ˜Š Iā€™m 5ā€™6ā€ and 9st4lbs. I do want to lose about 10lbs though.

I had my consult with Mr Traynor yesterday. I see what ppl mean when they say he doesnā€™t mess around. Iā€™m getting 400cc textured go round. Still unsure whether to go over or partial. He said I have enough tissue to have overs but Iā€™m worried if I lose weight the implant will be visible so I may go for partials. Surgery booked for 21st September and Iā€™m so excited! Even my husband is on board now. He came with me yesterday even though he couldnā€™t come in.

Hi Vanda, I went down for surgery at 4:15 and was back in my room at 5:45. He managed to fit the 350cc in and honestly I love them!
One thing to know is that apparently he doesnā€™t like to prescribe pain relief so itā€™s likely I will be discharged with just ibuprofen and paracetamol. Iā€™d advise you go to the pharmacy and buy some (paramol) which is like co codomal except it has slightly more codeine in.

When I woke up in the recovery room I did feel sick for about an hour – I wasnā€™t sick just had a sickly feeling but it wasnā€™t too bad and the top part of my breasts immediately hurt and they still do after having codeine at the hospital. Itā€™s not unbearable but also not comfortable. You can manage it. It definitely does feel like Iā€™ve just done a really good workout at the gym and the muscles up toward my armpits are definitely getting tender as the evening progresses.

So in summary, everyone at the hospital is lovely. Mr T is such a nice man and made me feel really comfortable with him. Pain wise is about a 5/10 and the boobs look incredible.

Oh wow, not long at all then. Weā€™re you an overnight stay or did you go home? Iā€™m supposed to be a day case so hoping to have my op earlier so I can go home at a reasonable time. I live about 90 mins away from the hospital too.

Thatā€™s good to know. My mum will give me some of her strong painkillers if I need them if he doesnā€™t prescribe me any.

Did you get the macom bras or different ones?

I hope you are feeling ok. Did you have unders or overs? He recommended I have overs but Iā€™m worries theyā€™ll be seen if I lose weight. Keep us updated with your recovery hun. And get some pics on here if you can x

No I left at 9:15pm, I only live 10 minutes away from the hospital. My admission time was 1:15 which meant I was last on the list. There were two other women in front of me in the queue when I arrived so just had to wait.

Yes I got the Macom bras but I can understand what people are saying that they will be irritating and sore after a while so I might look at getting an M&S one soon.

    I had 350cc unders from 32A
