Hi girls.. how do they do the urine test? And what exactly are they looking for? Do I get abit of privacy peeing or is it infront of someone? As I heard its different if its a drugs test. I don’t mind but I’d rather now now 🙂
I had my op on Friday and they just left a jug in the room for me to take to the loo. No one came with me it was private and just when I was ready! They didn’t really say what it was for but I think it’s mainly pregnancy or nicotine, hope this helps x
It was just as much as I had in me (which wasn’t a lot lol) because I was nil by mouth from midnight pre op and then my admission time at 9am so only had a few sips of water at about 6am, the nurse even said it doesn’t have to be loads haha x
