I’m 3 weeks post op. Was a 32B and my surgeon decided to put in 220cc low profile over the muscle (I’m 5ft3, petite). The projection on the system he uses recommended 245cc based on my natural measurements so not a huge difference. I did tell him to chose the size for me so that’s what he did.
He recommended overs because the implant was quite small and the profile was low so no need for a lot of stretch, and I had enough breast tissue to cover everything well. The bigger you go, the more support you need so that’s why you’re recommended unders.
Mine look exceptionally natural even now, I don’t think they’re big at all but my partner says they’re big enough.
I am not fully recovered, last week I was more like a 32D and this week I’m more like a full 32C.
They will change in shape and size for the next few months until they settle properly.
Am I happy? I don’t know yet, I feel like I might end up with a lot smaller size than what I imagined and that all the pain wasn’t worth it, but at the same time it’s a lot better to go small than too big.
I’ll have a better idea in a week or two on what the end result will actually be.
My surgeon guaranteed that I will look like I’ve got no implants and big enough but I’m slightly impatient.
