go bigger i was suggested 300, i wasn’t happy with that. the surgeon then suggested 375 max. i was a natural 34gg before children the. went down to an empty 34d/dd i’ve tried on my bras at home they still fit but look more attractive so i think i’m still a DD. but fuller. i wanted bigger i’m sad the swelling has gone . i went with high profile round. they look the same as before so round implants can look natural but do have a strange boxy shape still
