    Hi,, I’m booked in for 10/5/23 and really unsure on what to get. Reading through I see many are saying high profile, low profile etc and in my consultation I wasn’t told about any of this. Can I please have pictures to get an idea. I’m 5’1, 8st 5 so scared of going too big. I also don’t know whether to go under or over the muscle?

    What’s your current size?
    Fill old pair of tights with rec – grams = cc. Tie the ends & snip off.
    So I filled mine to 275g to represent 275cc. Popped to M&S and put my rice implants inside bras to see what size I’d fill!

    I’m 5ft 1 and roughly 8st 5, I’m going to get split muscle I think and maybe 275cc as I love yours.
    I’ll do the rice technique thank you 😊

    Neck pillow, baby wipes, button up shirts, sliders, extra strong pain meds (you don’t know what pain meds you’ll be given after surgery), (take some consitpation tablets a day or 2 after surgery cause Anesthesia makes you bloat and constipate like crazy!)

    I’d say within an hour, I was nervous about being put under! But it’s literally like closing your eyes for a second and you wake up and the operation in done! Honestly feels like you blind and you’re done😂

    Just an update for anyone who is trying to look for pictures..
    I decided on 275cc HP dual plane. I had my surgery today so not many pictures to upload but will in a day or 2 for anyone who is hunting down sizing photos.
    I had mine with Mr TRaynor and he was amazing!

    I feel like mine look quite cone like, did anyone else have this? I know they do go different shapes and sizes until they drop and fluff but my bandages are a little high too so maybe that’s why I have the cone like shape. Was just curious xx

    Hey Rachel – mine looked weird for a good few weeks tbh! I’m 12 weeks post op now and the difference is unbelievable! Trust the process xx

    Thank you everyone 🥰 they have changed shape abit so your right just trust the process. My nipples are so so sore though maybe just off the swelling. I bought the M&S bra but feel pretty uncomfortable in it. Don’t know if it’s too tight or if your supposed to feel this restricted. I’m soOo happy though considering how flat chested I was xx
