Muscular, slim girl recommended 255cc over muscle Started by: Hope

I’m 5ft 8, 66kg, very muscular and little body fat.
I’m looking for small implants, as natural as possible
Dr Giannis recommended 255cc, teardrop, over the muscle.
He said over the muscle because my pecs are too prominant to go under – it could cause the implant to move.
However he’s said because I have such low body fat the implant over the muscle may be more visible.
Anyone had something similar and would be happy to share pictures to help me make my decision?
