Over or under the muscle? Started by: Coral

Hello lovely,
I had my surgery 24th May and I had dual plane which is half under and half over muscle.
I went for 300cc and I absolutely love them. Just how I wanted them.
I was a 34A/AA, 5 ft 5 and 9st 1.
I’m glad I went for the 300cc.
I have attached some photos, please let me know if you want any other information or photos.

They definitely pick what’s best for you. I was hoping to go bigger but after getting them done, I now know that he definitely couldn’t get anymore in. I had hardly any breast tissue before and my pocket wasn’t that big.
I have my 6 week post op on the 9th July and I’m hoping to get the go ahead to go back to the gym. I thought recovery was going to be rough, but it was honestly just a lot of tightness and muscle ache like I had done a good chest session at the gym.

Hi my surgeon made the decision for me (not MYA) I was very conscious of my pec muscles beforehand being obvious with what I had so he did high profile overs to give me some fullness up top. I wasn’t allowed to exercise until 12 weeks which I know is quite different to advice I hear other surgeons give. It was tough but I didn’t mind, paid a lot of money for them so if that’s what he said then I was going to follow his rules. I’m 5ft 2 and was wearing a 34b beforehand. I’m now a 32DD/E and had 375 cc. I have a drop and fluff thread on here which has my pictures from day 1 to a year post surgery. I weight 8st 2lbs. Good luck with your surgery.
