It’s been great! Thankfully no pain today, I’ve just been sticking to the meds they gave me. It feels tight and very strange (heavy front) but that’s totally expected. How are you feeling?

How we feeling girls? I had re-augmentation on Monday 9th and today was tough. Hoping tomorrow is better but I feel like the first week is LONG before things start getting better.

That’s good, I woke up this morning in agony but as the days went on and I’ve took painkillers relief it’s eased off, it’s just remembering I can’t do all the things I’m used to, what size did u get

Hiya Girls, I have my sizing appointment with MYA this week and am probably going to go for Dual plane, I am currently a 34AA bra size. I was wandering how you are finding the recovery/pain for dual plane, as am lead to believe that dual plane is a more painful recovery? I have been experimenting with rice sizers at home, I have attached 3 photos, 1 of current bra size, a photo with 200 cc and 275 cc sizer. It was just to see your opinions so have a rough idea for sizing consultation. Thanx Kimberly x

    Hi Kimberly
I had dual plane and personally I’d say it’s not as painful as you’d imagine as I was pleasantly surprised. It’s mostly just an unusual/ uncomfortable feeling with a dull ache. I’m 5 days post-op and it’s already starting to ease up and feel somewhat more normal. Plus they provide plenty of prescription medication to help manage any discomfort during the recovery process. The biggest challenge is avoiding anything that engages your chest muscles for a while. Simple tasks like shutting a heavy car door or using your arms to get up or reposition yourself in bed can be tricky.
Also the Macom supportive bra is amazing for taking the weight off and provides great support during recovery.

The surgery itself was so easy as the surgeon + staff were amazing. I was put under anaesthetics and the next thing I knew, I woke up with new boobs!
