Big breasts in need of a refill Started by: bigb

I have very large natural breasts which are size 38J but over time and with weight fluctuations I have lost some volume and firmness. I’d like implants to fill them back up and make them round and firm. Is this possible, where should I go and how much would it cost ? I don’t want a reduction or an uplift but I think i’d need larger than normal implants to make a real difference.
