    Thanks girls, im supposed to be having done in a few weeks hun but to be honest im not happy, expected to pay for all the travel again, it wasnt a cheap op and now they have to correct it im expected to pay the travel again – my pc is saying head office is saying no but im not taking no for an answer, apparently they said they pay for the re op so they wont pay travel, well i expect them to pay for the re op anyway – i didnt f**k it up (excuse my language) thats what aftercares there for so dont throw that into it, not happy – i dont live round the corner and im expected to pay all out again. Transform have covered the cost for two friends and who went with them and to be honest once MYA had got me money i heard nothing else from them, for my re op i had to do all the chasing, NOT HAPPY

    I am thoroughly disappointed with MYA, although the staff are incredibly friendly their incompetence is astonishing. I have had my surgery rescheduled 4 times. Trying to get in contact with someone and actually get the information i required is like getting blood from a stone. Surprisingly when i inquired about the procedure in the first place i was called back the same night. Though when paid for i had to email several times, call and get taken straight to voicemail over 12 times. Was not getting responses through email. My pc number does not even ring and she doesnt reply to my specific messages. I tried contacting through facebook and Instagram. Whomever it is that is responsible for leaving surgery admission times until last minute has no concern for the patients. To add to this the 3rd time i was rescheduled i had a call around 3pm to be told my surgery was 10.30am the next day excited but slightly perturbed as organizing travel was harder because last minute and i would not be able to drive myself. Then to get a call 3 hours after to be informed my surgery was cancelled.
    When i did have my surgery i had trouble where i was living for signal. I cannot call or text or receive voicemails. I have repeatedly said to mya through Instagram, email, text(having to walk all the way to the end of the road to get signal and call yet again being taken straight to voicemail) to explain for the 7th time i do not get signal and i need to reschedule my post op appointment. Their response has been to repeatedly give me the original appointment time and date through TRYING TO CALL ME. I honestly am livid and now also have to pay a taxi to drive me 67 miles to my appointment and back which undoubtedly will not be paid for by MYA.
