hmmmm…thats a tricky one, obviously ur surgeon would know best but im a 32b going to 32dd and im having 410 overs, so im gussing something like 380 would be the D cup that u previously were….i think may be you could have 380 or 410 overs and low profile if you want it natural….high profile would give your breasts a rounded shape at the top and low profile would widen the base but not so much the top….i hope this helps but i really think ull be better off with a consultation with ur surgeon….im having mr adamo on the 5th aug and i thought he was awsome at my consultation…. good luck.x

I started with a 32d and had lost weight so they were a empty d.The surgeon suggested 505cc low profile because i just wanted them to look fuller and i’am now a 32ff.They do not look massive and even thought at one stage i wish i had gone bigger but everyone says they look great and they also look very natural.
I had mr kazzazi at park hill doncaster and have not had any problems at all.

I think it’s because if you have so much breast tissue it takes a big implant to fill it out.Your surgeon will advice on whether to have high profile or low,because i had low profile they are very wide and full-the tops of my breast’s were very flat and when trying bra’s on they never fitted right but now they are very firm and full……i love them!
