    :sad:hi im sarah, im 23years old and im really small only 32a plus had a child so even smaller now lol! ive book for a consultation about getting bigger breast ive always wanted them from a young age! the only thing im worried about is my work! i can only get a week off as my boss is horrible! i work in a wine bar and some days i have to lift cases of wine or beer is this gonna rip me or what do i do??? im trying to get two weeks off but mite find that hard plus ive got a child and have to do house hold things is this gonna affect me? please help i really want this done.

    Hi sarah
    I’m a manager of a costa coffee and only had a wk off.found it a bit hard cos i have to do plenty of lifting but girls that work for me knew and tried to help me out a bit.I pulled a sicky from work so my boss did’nt know i had them done but i don’t see him on a daily basis anyway.Has long has your carefull you should be fine.

    This is my worry also hun. I have to do alot of lifting in my job, it’s mainly getting equipment in and out of my car and arranging chairs and tables and it’s not the type of job that I can take time away from so I’m panicking a bit and wondering how to get around it.

    Have you got other people that can help you lift the crates? It may be worth confiding in someone if you haven’t already cos you don’t want to ruin your healing process. I work alone so I’m trying to figure out what to do.

    hey, i work alone, ive got no one to help me and my boss doesnt even no that im doing this as she dead against it all! im really screwed! what about if i did try to take two weeks off would that help abit more? i really want this done but at the same time i could risk my job, my boss just doesnt understand how much this would mean to me, im really worried now lol xxxx

    Sorry to hear that Sarah. It’s easy for me to say it’s none of your boss’s business and that he/she cannot make things awkward for you etc cos whereas this is true it doesn’t really help you.
    I’m not able to take time off really unless I pull a spontaneous sick day and lie about what’s wrong with me (incidentally I also have office job which I can easily take off from it’s just the manual job that’s a problem and I only work it one day a week)
    Do you have any holiday days saved hun? You are entitled to these and you’re not obliged to tell your boss or anyone else the reason for your hols, you are legally entitled to take these. How dare he treat you like this!
