how do i apply for this ?? i filled in the form and was told to print off the page with a reference code
have i done it right ?? doesnt really look like a voucher

Hi,
If you take it with you to your consultantion (which is free), and give it to your PC. I used mine with no problems, also n=being a day case reduces the cost by another

hello
i have already had my consuiltation and have booked my consuultation with my surgeon for the 10th august… can i still get this voucher? as it says to fill in form for free consultation to get the 500 off but ive already had mine!?!?!??! could really do with the 500 off thoough!!!!!!

Ring your PC and tell them you have the voucher, mine informed me of the voucher but I already had it.

i dont have the voucher though??
how do i get it? as if i fill in the form will they not want to ring for a free consulatation? and ive alredy had one? V confused!!???

i got quoted 4250 too

You can get the voucher at http://www.breastenlargementdiscounts.co.uk
Let me know if you can’t get a voucher as I may have printed off a spare one!
If you haggle with them you might get it cheaper still

hey steph 1902,
i was just as confused as you last night ! if you fill in the form and submit, a voucher will then show up and it will tell you to print it out. print it out and take it with you to your next consulatation. worth a go ! when they ring you just explain that you wanted the voucher and they should be fine !

i dont think so because it says u cant use it if u have paid the full amount already…so im guessing you still can

also i was going to ask..
im doing the finance option where i pay 2500 upfront before the surgery (including 500 deposit) and then paying off the rest over the following yr ini monthly installments interest free, can i use the 500 off voucher as part of the 2500 i have to pay before hand or not??
would help alot! lol
