    I want small implants because big implants will look out of place on my small frame, will it be less painful than large implants?

    i wouldnt say it would be less painful, although it depends on your pain threshold aswell. it just wouldnt be as heavy, and skin wouldnt be as tight,

    If you are having unders, it will hurt no matter what size you are having. I had unders and it was very sore and uncomfortable for 5-7 days.

    Hi i dont want the implant behind the muscle due to the pain, i am deciding between 175 cc and 200 cc and im not sure, is there a size in between available?

    surely such small implant over the muscle wont be as painful?

    It wont be painfree but over the muscle is supposed to be less painful. I dont know about those sizes but your PS should let you know at your consultation. I wouldn’t imagine there is a size between 175 and 200 though.

    Hi Amy…

    I had 470cc’s under the muscle & didnt suffer with any pain at all …. I guess everyone is different in the way they recover/cope with an operation however i wouldnt of thought a smaller implant would be any less uncomfortable than a larger one as it’s the same procedure regardless of the size
