    Hi i am just wondering what size implants 2 have???????? I want to stay small and natural! i am a “empty” b now and only want to go to a full b small c at the most, but really rounded i have had my consultation with mr singh and he said to go 340cc but that seems huge when i looked at pics its about a d. He said it will go on top off the muscle whatever difference that means!! PLease help as i really wanna change them to about 275 or near but i dunno if i will be allowed!!!

    Hiya. I had a 340cc under the muscle 10 years ago (i was a 32a to start with) this took me to a 32c/34c. Having under the muscle does make the implant a bit smaller as its hidden under the muscle. I feel a 340cc over on a b cup bust will be a bit larger than a small c. Mr singh did my 2nd BA and I chose him especially as I heard he is a ”BIG BOOB SURGEON” (only what I read). I think a 275 will acheive the look you want. As you are having them over the muscle you will get the same look as having a 340cc under. Bear in mind 125cc is classed as one cup size so there is not too much difference. hope this helps I’m no expert but can only talk from personal experience . emmaxx

    Hiya emma thanks for that! Mr singh suggested i go 380cc but that is way 2 big 4 me now i can c y, he specialises in “big boobs” lol. I have been looking at pics online and i think either a 275 or 300 is better for my frame then as i don’t want to b too small just incase they don’t give me the shape that i want. Would i still be able to change the size with him even though i have already had my consultation and booked it????

    I was 34A pre op and 410cc HP unders and am only a 34DD. If I was you hon I would take the 380cc, its not a big implant and will look great. You dont want to end up disappointed with size as so many girls end up wishing they had gone bigger (me being one of them). For some reason, fake boobs look smaller than natural ones and I defo dont look a DD.

    Yes. Ask him to bring a couple of sizes to the hospital . He brought a 615 and a 700 and we both decided on the day . I said please squeeze a 700cc (morning of OP)if you can but it was all down to him taking the 340ccs out and seeing what room I had!! He still had to put the 700ccs under my muscle as I had no room but he listened to what I wanted which was the main thing. I got the impression you didnt want to be too big so I suggested a 275 would probably make you a small C having them over. All I can say is that I got soooo use to my first implants and even though I had 32a to start and a nice C after…. a few years post 1st BA I wanted bigger!! Its so difficult to decide but all I can say is go that bit bigger.emmax

    just trust mr singh! he knows what hes doing and if you start off an empty b, (pregnancy?) then you need to fill that emptyness up otherwise it will look weird if the implant is too small

    he might even take you to a large c, but he knows what will look right on your body and you will regret going against his advice :)

    thanks guys but as you said he is a big boob surgeon and i don’t want big boobs jus round full pert ones!! After having 2 children there isn’t much left at the top of my boobs! i quite like my cup size but just want that pert look. As i have some size there and the implant will be on top of the muscle i am thinking any bigger than a 275cc will go up as big as a d which i really dont want. After looking on the internet i have read that a 275 implant would take me up 2 a c cup as i am already a b cup!! which that is still big 4 me i am 5″4 size 8/10 and also none of my family are going to know!! This is sooooo hard 4 me 2 decide as i really don’t want to be big!! I feel bigger boobs will make me look bigger everywhere else!! Thanks for all your advice though it is really appreciated its just i am really starting to worry about it as i cant go back once it is done!

    you have simular stats to me, im 5″3 2 kids, 32b, empty, but im having 410cc in 1 week to become a d-dd he told me

    if you really want just a pert look, make it clear to him you don’t want to be big, just a normal shape, tell him you want to be a small c at the biggest, im sure he will know if you keep making it clear. did he give you implants to try in your bra yet?

    yes i tried them but in a bra he gave me not my own so i was a bit unsure at the time and i am thinking more as time goes on. i’ve googled the implant size and what cup size they turn out to b, i know everybody is different but some people have turned out an e cup from 380cc, so i am really worried, as i only want the fullness and if that means being a small c then i’m going to have to be but that is the biggest i would ever want to be. i think i’m going to buy those pretend 275cc implants off the internet jus to make sure they will be ok, i’m booked in 23rd october so i have a bit of time. I’m just getting worried that he will say no! Thanks again though x x
