Bless you, it is worrying, but I’m sure you’ll be fine. Have you had a soak in the bath with some baby bath to help clean the area then dry the area with your hairdryer on a cool setting??

At my post op check, 7 days after the op I saw there was a little white thing at the end of the incision, but I thought it was just part of the scab but after touching it in the bath, it turned out to be what looked like a knot that has now unravelled. My nurse said I should try to pull it out which I have tried but there’s no way it was going to come out!!! At first I was bothered about it but now after reading a few discussions on other sites I have found its quite normal, I just hope that once it is removed that the area heals ok!

I think you’ll find that we all heal at different rates – fingers crossed your weeping is nothing serious and you just need to keep the area clean. I found its good to get some air to the wound so that it dries out.
