    I have been trying for about a month to get a loan with my own bank, First Medical Loans, and I even tried to get a credit card!! Unfortunately I had no luck whatsoever with any of these! Even though I earn enough to pay back the loan monthly! All I wanted was

    Wow, Hi lainey!!!!

    I did think about the Daycase option, but I know I sound stupid, but what exactly is the difference?? Do you still need to go into the Hospital the next day to have a check up? Or is it literally go in for the op, then you’re out again once you’re fully awake by the evening? Do you still get all the medication that you need?? Wow

    No they discharge you after your operation when the surgeon checks you over and thats it !!! my pc just said i will have to be at least an hour away should any problems occur after i leave the hospital and they give you medication and antibiotics upon discharge and your free to go i will let you know how i get on thanks hun xx

    So, how long should you leave it until you travel back to Bristol?? Because I’m just worried that something might happen during the 2/3 hours on the train back to my home!

    Il will be picked up by my partner at around 10am on thursday as this is when check out is at hotel also hun my pc informed me you cannot travel by public transport after the operation you will need a taxi or someone pick you up

    The Comfort Inn hotel is where my husband stayed, he had a two night deal with full english included! Was only a few minutes from the hospital. If you are unable to get a space within the hospital car park – the lady on the front desk will give you a parking permit which will allow you to go and park on the main road. Depends on what time you get there as well. I arrived for 12 noon, but I didn’t actually go down to theatre until after 2pm! So be prepare for a wait! The hospital is lovely though. Nice staff and lovely food!
