    I am 5 days post op and my scars are itching soooooo bad!! Cant even sleep! Im trying so hard not to scratch them as the dressings dont come off untill Friday but it is so hard argh!

    Any one have any advice to help ease it or keep distracted lol ??

    I am 8 days post op and am also very itchy & have no idea what to do to distract from it! I’m having my post op check up tomorrow though so if I get any tips tomorrow I’ll let you know! 🙂 x
