    Just to make other girls aware – I had a BA with Mr Singh last August, and had a few problems with my Patient Coordinator never getting back to me, which I thought was quite strange given that I’d heard such good things about. MYA! Eventually this was all sorted after calling the head office number, and everything on the day went brilliant couldn’t fault Mr Singh, or the staff at Highgate.

    Had my appointment to have dressings taken off, which went well. And did have to return for an extra check up as one scar had a little hole at the end and was taking longer to heal! The nurse checked this and reassured me it would heal fine. Which it has scars are amazing can barely see them 🙂

    But my main concern is no one contacting me for the appointment I was told I’d have a year after surgery, and also I know 2 other girls that have had BA’s with MYA and have heard nothing back! I contacted my patient coordinator Hollie Green, by email on sept 6th and nothing .. Resent the email a week later and still nothing! Which I think is pretty shocking given the amount of money i’ve spent, and I only want what I was told at my intial consultation was inlcuded in the price!! Its all well anf good MYA calling you at the start to get your money- but what about aftercare??

    Just think other girls shoud be aware of this as aftercare a year down the line is just as important!

    Oh really !?.. I’ve still been receiving emails saying when she’s on annual leave etc!?..

    I’m going to call up this week about it. And ask what’s going on!x
