am i ok to add? having my op on monday, 34b with 410cc overs aswell x

have my BA on 23rd of november with doctor Kazzazi.will have 410 unders.i wanted C size.but mr Kazzazi said should go to D+.am worriying if D+ is not too big.i am 160 cm tall.what they do on pre op?
