It is hard but its very important to stick to the 6 weeks rule. This is to allow the implants the time to settle in the pocket, your boobs need stability for this to happen which is why you have a sports bra and no gym! After 6 weeks most of the healing has completed but you should still be careful of lifting weights for 3 months as the strain can cause the pockets to become stretched. Going back to the gym too soon can cause bottoming out or cc. I know its hard (I’m a gym bunny myself) but it really is a small price to pay to enjoy a lifetime with your perfect boobs. 6 weeks is nothing in the grand scheme of things and if you go back to soon you may ruin your results and you will have spent all that money for nothing… is that workout really worth it….?
