    Hi def give them a call Hun. I didn’t get mine either, I had to ring a few times and in the end the night before my op was due,i got a receptionist and luckily she emailed me through the details straight away.

    thanks, gonna have to ring tomorrow, who did you ring? ive gotta sort my kids and transport out, its stupid leaving til last minute
