since i booked op i thought i was having unders, so read loads about unders, but had op yesterday and ended up with overs, can any1 tell me wht to expect with overs?? xx

I’ve heard they move more naturally than unders and that the recovery time is alot faster. Aslong as you had enough breast tissue to begin they can look and feel just as natural as overs. xx

I had overs 8 days ago, and so far so good, no pain no discomfort nothing, when I take my sports bra off they feel odd but that’s just cos they are new 🙂

i love the size they are at the min, ino im only 1 day post op, just dont want them to go much smaller, will this happen? x

I think as the swelling goes down they may get a bit smaller. xx

I had overs for my first ba and was adamant that I wanted unders for my second ba as had read/heard they look more natural but was actually advised by my surgeon that they can look just as natural over and it depends on the individual so don’t worry hon, your surgeon would have put them over for a reason as he felt this would achieve the best look possible for you. You will also read that some surgeons suggest unders are better as because the implant is covered it it less noticeable and there is less chance of any rippling showing but when I raised this with 3 surgeons they all said this is not always the case as a proportion of the implant is not covered by the muscle but again this depends on the individual as everyone is different. Have faith in your surgeon and enjoy ur new assets! Xx

I recovered really fast with my overs; I was able to get back to normal fairly quickly with hardly any pain. Like what the other girls said earlier they do move more naturally and are very jiggly lol but in my case with my overs you can really see the outline of the implant even when I’m not wearing a bra…it’s not something that bothers me personally but it may be something to keep in mind as mine didn’t look like that to start with but once they shrunk a bit they looked like circles haha….but everyone’s different so you’ll just have to wait and see! x

whts this fluffin all about? do this happen with overs lol x

When the muscle begins to relax it affects overs aswell as unders so i think they do drop and fluff a bit aswell. Would it be ok to add you girls as i’m preparing for my overs in feb? xx

Hello lady’s I had unders a year ago due to compilations I have now had them redone with overs 🙂
They feel so much and look so much better so was the healing. I know unders are fantastic to but hopefully me having overs will be for the best even tho it is what I wanted to begin with but was told only unders. I’m now confused to why a year on I’m allowed overs????? Long story will post some time soon with pics. suppose it has got to be down to your surgeon. X

I’m the same as becky, always wanted unders, and have them, but due to complications, having a re-op to overs, I’m scared but looking forward to boobs that are boobs, not hard mis-shaped rocks attached to me xx

@Romani, generally speaking, overs tend to give the ‘faker’ look, especially if a woman has little breast tissue; the implant tends to be more visible as there is no muscle and/or tissue to cover it as opposed to unders. However, everyone is different and your surgeon will make a recommendation based on your individual body dimensions after he/she has examined you x
