    Hey girls,

I’m 6 days post op and had my bandages off yesterday. Although I am happy with the size I feel as though they are so stuck on… How long did it take to feel apart of your body? I know it’s early days but they are still quite high, hard and sore to touch although not feeling 100% touching them…. Very bizzare, I’m sure the sore and tenderness is totally normal and I’ll gradually get the feeling back properly….

Just wanted to know roughly how long it took for them to feel a soft and look more natural?

Feeling a bit blue about it right now 🙁 I’m just impatient I’m sure.

    Thanks girls xxx

I could have written this..I said to my fiance today that they dont feel like mine and touching them feels odd spesh since they are numb so weirds me out. They are still sore and solid and far apart. However i did just try on some clothes to see how they look and most look so nice with new boobies. But deffo not anything with a v neck as i just have ribs, no cleavage at all! :/
Must be normal though, we are only 2 days apart in healing and think had a similar size so would be interesting to see how ours heal x

@minisha bless ya, I am a bit better with it now, I know it just takes time. You will have a lovely cleavage I’m sure once you have the right bras on and they are softer! Who done your op? Mine arent massively far apart, feel free to add me if you want to look at my pictures hun. Hope it doesn’t take 9 months for that magic moment!! haha. I am happy with size etc as I’ve said I just want them to be softer and feel like mine, I get what you mean about them feeling odd to touch mine at too. The muscle on top is quite sore but I had partials so I am guessing that is totally normal as it is probably all brusied inside still!! xx

Think we are already friended on here. I had 285 cc HP partials and skin feels sore to touch kinda like sunburn on the top of boobs. Get plasters off today so will ask at same time if they are meant to feel so sore to touch lol Im sooooo impatient! Yours look such a good size on you 🙂 x

Ahh sorry!! Are yours bandaged up like mine were? Mine feel bruised at the top… Not sure if sports bras are supposed to be tight and holding the boobs in really tight to the middle or just there to support, do you? Good luck with your post op appointment today xx

Mine are tender but the bras I have just support them but where they sit, not pushing them in at all or anything… Any girls that can shed a light it would be appreciated? If I need to push em in and together think I better go buy another bra maybe…. xx

I just got one of those asda £6 bras as someyhibg to relax in when macom is being washed. Just had appointment and asked nurse about bras and she said its about keeping pressure on boobs to increase bloodflow to area. My stitches had healed so well i dont need anything over them and can shower! Yayyy lol x

Hi girls.. Hope your boobs are settling down more now. My boobs felt like they were literally strapped onto me for a good two weeks. At two weeks they then started feeling squishier and now at 4 weeks they just feel like part of my body. It’s strange. I didn’t even realise that they’d stopped feeling alien.. I had my op a month ago today and they already feel like normal boobs. I actually can’t believe how soft they are for implants! So give it a few weeks and one day you’ll just think ‘oh, they feel normal’ .. Or better yet, you can’t feel them coz they feel like part of you 🙂 happy healing ladies x

So glad I’m not the only one feeling like this! When I first woke up they looked ace then they have swelled loads! And so sore, but my scars look good, my surgeon used internal stitches and glue so I can shower and bath straight away. So glad it’s done now though and I think I just need to be patient with the healing x

Mine are getting softer now and dont feel bruised… gradually feeling more normal to me and I can finally shower tonight! Tried on a few new clothes which I feel so much better in that I would of 2 weeks ago! I think its just natural to feel that way when you can do nothing but sit there… Sleeping up a bit is still annoying, anyone know how long you have to do this for?? @charbabe yeah I do have pics, you can add me! How are yours feeling? xx

Getting my op tomorrow and have a few questions ! How long do the big tapes/bandages that I’ve seen in people’s pics have to stay on? And do you have to go back to the hospital or ur mya clinic to have them taken off before your post op check at a weeks after? How is the v pillow meant to work? I tried mine out and i still end up sleeping flat with it! And lastly do the hospitals have wi-fi? Just wondering whether to take my laptop as I’m overnight stay. If any one can help,Thanksss 🙂 cxxxxx

@Boobiess!!! I love my sleep too, loved sleeping on my front which is obviously a no no for the time being, not sleeping great and its making my back hurt but other than that I’m okay… boobs are getting softer each day but by no means are they soft yet!! Up to 6 weeks are the main changes but I bet in a year we’ll be shocked as just how soft they will be 🙂 still early days for us at the moment! Yay for showers though! Have you been lifting your arms above your head yet? Just wondering for washing my hair in the shower reasons haha….

@lizzi85 The bandages stay on until your post op appointment! V Pillow I put on top of some other pillows but thats cause mines small, just make a mini mountain of pillows with that on top until you feel comfy in that position… one reason your sitting a bit is so that your less likely to roll over, I really thought I would but havent, think your just aware of your boobs… I was at Highgate and they had Wifi there not sure about other hospitals! Good luck with your day!! let us know how you get on xxx
