    You may be aware im having some issues with my last reop done in march which was to replace my old pip implants and carry out a lift, ie: my nipples being too high/uneven/assymetric size/implants too low, etc, and i am waiting to find out if i can get a date for a reop. I really need to speak to someone from head office regarding this as the whole issue is causing me a great deal of stress so i would greatly appreciate it if you could ask someone to contact myself asap so i can find out exactly what is going on, many thanks

    Joanna, its like gettin blood from a stone getting a straighforward answer. Head office are going through the branch manager to speak to me, which to be honest i dont feel is fair to her or me, i need to be able to speak to the people who are making the decisions and get straightforward answers but they dont seem to wanna contact me directly, its such a let down after everything thats happenedx

    Totally, and that what it feels like. A straightforward answer is all im after, if its a yes i can have the op then i can book a/l, etc, if its a no, then i can take it from there x
