    Morning ladies,

    I’m new to the MYA forum and can’t believe what I’ve been missing! So many questions have been answered by you in the last 10 minutes alone – thanks!

    I have a op date of 8th December with Mr Fallahdar and I’m REALLY excited.
    However, now slightly concerned about what implant to go for. In my first consultation I stressed that I really, really didn’t want the “stuck on tennis ball” look, as that is what has always put me off having my boobs done. I had a good chat with Mr F and we decided on 400 Natrelle unders. Having since seen him again, he’s told me these are high profile implants and are the most fake looking!
    I don’t want huge boobs (a good C/small D would be amazing), but I don’t want to risk looking really false.
    I’m a 32A, 6ft, and slim in build, and Mr F has told me I could go as big as 420 for my frame.
    Has anyone else had the 400 high profile implants?? Would they recommend them?

    High profiles are good for slim girls to achieve a great look, and don’t look fake. I have 380 highs, and although I have issues, they don’t look fake fake
    400’s will also get you measuring loads more then a d, but you should look one which is the main thing xx

    Hey Ellie, I am pretty small frame and was about an A… I’ve had 265 and 295cc High profile partials and dont think mine look fake. I am only 10 days post op and they are looking better every day and getting softer! I asked for full C to D cup and think I have achieved this with the implant I have…. Although not been measured yet obviously! xx

    defintely high profile! I thought this would be way to big for me and now I am so happy I listened to my surgeon!

    Hi Aimee88, do you mind if I add u, I’m getting unders and looking to achieve a full c cup. MY surgeon has offered me implants, similar size to yourself (its bad that I can’t exactly remember what cc but it was definitely 200 and something. Will have to double check with him.x

    Remember that implant measure bigger then they look, so achieving a d will only make you look a c cup. I measure a ff but only look a c cup (due to my issues) , I do like the size though xx

    I agree with joannabella that implants measure much bigger than they look, in clothes at least. I measure in at 30H but, dressed, look a full D. I have 420 high profile overs and would have to admit that, naked, they look huge and fake. Like joannabella, I’ve had issues and this has probably added to the ‘fakeness’ as they’re not dropping well and so have a clear sort of join at the top. Brilliant cleavage though!

    Joannabella and mismaid, what issues have you had with yours? My op is on the 5th December and although I am not worried about the op, I’m worried about recovery. I leave to go travelling on 28th Jan and want to be okay and back to normal before I go! Thanks xx

    I have CC and stubborn muscles, so neither boob has dropped or softened (it the same issue in both boobs)
    Having issues are rare, but they stand out more on sites like this, as more people want to know about them xx

    I don’t even know if mine are high profile or not I only found out last week that they are overs lol I had 385 in one and 415 in the other they are the natural ones, feel free to add me and look at the size x

    Had a fabulous consultation last night and took all your comments on board – so thanks very much for all the advice. I’m now going for 365 unders as I got too scared of them looking fake! Fingers crossed I’ll be happy with the results.

    Hi I’m 5ft 11 and I’m having 560cc overs Hun with mr traynor iv explained I want quite a natural look but being taller it’s important to make the right decision for you xxx

    Rachel, my surgeon is Mr Fallahdar. He is really lovely. Totally listens to what I want and is very realistic about what I will achieve. I’m an A cup now but there’s practically no flesh in the top half of my boob, so I was worried about the high profile look. We went through it all stage by stage, but he told me in the implant I’ve chosen I can’t have bigger than 365 as there’s not ‘enough of me’ at the sides.

    It’s so hard cos I guess it’s so different for every girl. I would love to have bigger implants but if he’s told me they won’t look as I want them to, I guess I have to listen to him!! He gave me a bit of a friendly ticking off when I said other girls my height and size were having bigger! He told me to concentrate on myself, and I guess he’s right 😉

    aw he sounds really nice, iv heard only good things about him and yea your he’s right, concentrate on yourself as were not all clones of eachother and what works for one person doesn’t necessarily work for another. i’d be happy with 365cc as i’m like you, hardly any tissue. xx

    In a similar situation as you Ellie – scared they’re going to look really fake! I’m booked in for the 21st but got another consultation on Wednesday with Mr Singh so hopefully will clear things up then 🙂 mind if I add you girls you’re so much more clued up than me! Xx

    Hi Jessica,
    It’s hard isn’t it! I asked Mr Fallahdar to be really honest with me, and tell me what he thought I’d end up looking like if I had a certain style of implant. I think you need to be really sure about what you want to achieve, and make sure Mr Singh is fully aware of that. Discuss all your different options and I’m certain you’ll end up with something you’re absolutely confident and happy about! Hope the consultation goes well. Let me know how you get on xxxx

    I’ve just had 340 over the muscle medium to high profile. It depends on ur boob shape to begin with, they will recommend what’s best for you. I had med to high and overs as my boobs had no cleavage so needed that to achieve a better cleavage. What are you boobs like now before op ? X and laurajames I think ul be fine travelling. I go away exctly four weeks and had my op yest think ul be fine x
